9453c15361 ipc mining: break compatibility with existing clients (version bump)
This increments the field number of the `Init.makeMining` method and makes the
old `makeMining` method return an error, so existing IPC mining clients not
using the latest schema file will get an error and not be able to access the
Mining interface.

Normally, there shouldn't be a need to break compatibility this way, but the
mining interface has evolved a lot since it was first introduced, with old
clients using the original methods less stable and performant than newer
clients. So now is a good time to introduce a cutoff, drop deprecated methods,
and stop supporting old clients which can't function as well.

Bumping the field number is also an opportunity to make other improvements that
would be awkward to implement compatibly, so a few of these were implemented in
commits immediately preceding this one.

30073e6b3a multiprocess: Add -ipcbind option to bitcoin-node
Add `-ipcbind` option to `bitcoin-node` to listen on an IPC socket and accept
connections from other processes. In the future, there will be an `-ipcconnect`
option added to `bitcoin-wallet` and `bitcoin-node` to allow wallet and gui
processes to connect to the node and access it.

Example usage:

    src/bitcoin-node -regtest -debug -ipcbind=unix
    src/bitcoin-wallet -regtest -ipcconnect=unix info
    src/bitcoin-gui -regtest -ipcconnect=unix
    src/bitcoin-mine -regtest -ipcconnect=unix

82e272a109 refactor: Move src/interfaces/*.cpp files to libbitcoin_common.a
These belong in libbitcoin_common.a, not libbitcoin_util.a, because they aren't
general-purpose utilities, they just contain common code that is used by both
the node and the wallet. Another reason to reason to not include these in
libbitcoin_util.a is to prevent them from being used by the kernel library.

ff5f6dea53 scripted-diff: Rename interfaces::WalletClient to interfaces::WalletLoader
Name has been confusing since it was introduced, and it was pointed in
recent review club as https://bitcoincore.reviews/10102 that it was
particularly unclear how interfaces::WalletClient was different from
interfaces::Wallet.
