37cc2a2d95 logging: use util/log.h where possible
Preparation for a future commit where kernel's dependency
on logging.cpp is removed completely.

Replace usage of logging\.h with util/log\.h where it
suffices, and fix wrong includes according to iwyu.

refactor: unify container presence checks - trivial counts
The changes made here were:

| From | To |
|-------------------|------------------|
| `m.count(k)` | `m.contains(k)` |
| `!m.count(k)` | `!m.contains(k)` |
| `m.count(k) == 0` | `!m.contains(k)` |
| `m.count(k) != 0` | `m.contains(k)`  |
| `m.count(k) > 0` | `m.contains(k)` |

The commit contains the trivial, mechanical refactors where it doesn't matter if the container can have multiple elements or not

util: detect and warn when using exFAT on macOS
exFAT is known to cause corruption on macOS. See #28552.

Therefore we should warn when using this fs format for either the blocks
or data directories on macOS.

fs: remove _POSIX_C_SOURCE defining
On Linux systems, `_POSIX_C_SOURCE` will default to `200809L` (since
glibc 2.10). There's currently no reason for us to undefine it, and then
set it to an earlier value. Also tested with musl libc.

I think if anything, the project should be settings macros like
`_POSIX_C_SOURCE`, globally.

doc: remove For ... comments
We don't add or maintain these, and they are of little value, as
well as having the effect of polluting diffs.

They are also wrong, i.e DEFAULT_SCRIPTCHECK_THREADS is not in
validation.h.

util: add perm string helper functions
PermsToSymbolicString will convert from fs::perms to string type
'rwxrwxrwx'.

InterpretPermString will convert from a user-supplied "perm string" such
as 'owner', 'group' or 'all, into appropriate fs::perms.

fa0afe740843c308f6287b923f1f4d758cf2a3f6 refactor: Return enum in LockDirectory (MarcoFalke)

Pull request description:

`GetUniquePath` is only used in tests and in `DirIsWritable`. The check by `DirIsWritable` is redundant with the check done in `LockDirectory`.

Fix the redundancy by removing everything, except `LockDirectory`.

Return LockResult::ErrorWrite in LockDirectory
This allows the caller to remove a call to DirIsWritable(), which did a
similar check. Users should not notice any different behavior.

fada2f9110 refactor: Replace <filesystem> with <util/fs.h>
All code in this repo uses <util/fs.h>, except for a few lines. This is
confusing and potentially dangerous, if the safe <util/fs.h> wrappers
are not used.

c95a4432d7 Show descriptive error messages when FileCommit fails
Only raw errno codes are logged if FileCommit fails. These are
implementation-specific, so it makes it harder to debug based on
user reports. Instead, use SysErrorString to display both the
raw int value and the descriptive message.

refactor: Move fs.* to util/fs.*
The fs.* files are already part of the libbitcoin_util library. With the
introduction of the fs_helpers.* it makes sense to move fs.* into the
util/ directory as well.

refactor: Extract util/fs_helpers from util/system
This is an extraction of filesystem related functions from util/system
into their own utility file.

The background of this commit is an ongoing effort to decouple the
libbitcoinkernel library from the ArgsManager defined in system.h.
Moving these functions out of system.h allows including them from a
separate source file without including the ArgsManager definitions from
system.h.
